We offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders within the United States. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
International Shipping: 7-14 business days

All orders are carefully packaged in our signature packaging to ensure your luxury piece arrives in perfect condition. You will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

We want you to love your Chérie Couture piece. If you're not completely satisfied, we offer a 15-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Return Conditions:

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• All original packaging, dust bags, and authenticity cards must be included
• Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
• Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless defective

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@cheriecouture.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a prepaid return label.

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
